Hatha Flow Yoga
This class is ideal for beginners and intermediate students. The class focuses on combining the physical postures (asanas) with the breath (pranayama) as we move from one posture to the next. The class is brought to a close with a guided relaxation.
Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga
Yoga has been adapted to suit pregnant women and help them as their bodies transform through the pregnancy. The postures are ideally created to prepare every woman for labour. This is done by focusing on the pelvic floor muscles, breathing, relaxing and connecting with the baby.
Likewise, postnatal yoga aids women to recover after the delivery. Strengthening again the core, abdominal muscles and the pelvic floor. Loosening tension in the neck and the back (from carrying the baby and breastfeeding), and working on improving general wellbeing and fitness.
