Mean Green Juice

Feeling tired and need a bit of a boost? Follow this simple fruit and vegetable juice recipe to strengthen your immune system during the cold winter days.
Benefits: anti-inflammatory, lowers cholesterol, rich in potassium & electrolytes, high in fibre & antioxidants. Packed with vitamin C and iron.
What you will need:
- 2 granny smith #apples
- one #lemon, peeled
- a dice of fresh #ginger (2-3 cm), peeled
- 6-8 #kale leaves
- 1 #cucumber
- 4 #celery stalks
- (most important), a #juicer!
Wash all the produce, slice the apples, cut the cucumber length wise and place all ingredients into the juicer. Enjoy the juice & all its benefits!
